Kardemummabullar

Soft, pillowy dough infused with fragrant cardamom, wrapped around a sweet butter-sugar filling and topped with traditional Swedish pearl sugar. Warm, aromatic, and irresistible. This is probably my favorite of all pastries!

Tip

These buns are best enjoyed warm. To reheat, place in an air fryer on the air fry or convection setting for 4 minutes, then turn over and heat for another 2 minutes. No air fryer? Simply warm them in the oven at 375°F for a few minutes until heated through.
